Welcome and Gift Boxes

Welcoming out of town wedding guests with a thoughtfully prepared box is a great way to set the stage for the festivities and provide a unique expression of who you are as a couple. Gift boxes are a personal and heartwarming gesture for every member of your bridal party and for anyone else you’d like to especially honor in your celebration. We specialize in curating these welcome and gift boxes. While we have suggestions to help you select the content and presentation of your boxes, we can also build customized and distinctively detailed boxes with you.

Our boxes are beautifully packaged according to theme, occasion, season or your preferences.

We do more than just boxes! This tartan welcome gift coordinates with the theme of the winter wedding and provides a keepsake box for you to enjoy at home. What will YOU keep inside?

The Cleveland Box

Our Cleveland box is a client favorite. The box includes Great Lakes Oktoberfest beer with a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame bottle opener; chocolate covered pretzels dressed up in the colors of the Indians, Browns and Cavs; freshly-popped popcorn from Kernels by Chrissy; Malley’s chocolate bars; Peterson nuts and pretzels with bottles of water. The box also has a ‘thanks for joining us’ note from the bride and groom, weekend itinerary and lots of information about things to see and do in Cleveland. The size, shape and colors of the box, the ribbons and hand lettered labels were chosen by the bride and groom. To the right side of this picture, please note that we’ve included the overall presentation of this box .

The Bride’s and Groom’s Favorites Box

The box on the left is a collection of personalized wedding treats to welcome out of town travelers. It includes handmade chocolate brownies and lemon squares; snack bags of the couples’ preferred potato chips and pretzels, “his and her” favorite candies, and bottles of Pellegrino water. The bride and groom added a handwritten note, an itinerary for the weekend with maps to the ceremony and reception, and a brochure of many activities to do in Cleveland. The colors of the box, ribbons and labels were chosen to coordinate with the theme of their celebration.

The Autumn Gift Box

This is an example of a customized Autumn gift box. This collection includes an organic apple with gooey caramel dipping sauce; an autumn-inspired trail mix; handmade s’mores bars (the bride’s very favorite!); salted caramel chocolate bar, sparkling apple cider and bottles of water. The bride and groom also added a Cleveland brochure to help welcome their out of town guests.

We also work with clients to build boxes for every season and holiday. Let’s touch base about your idea!

Prosecco can be a great way to toast any celebration. As a nod to their winter nuptials, the bride and groom also included bottles of Great Lakes Christmas Ale. Because we customize each box, the happy couple were able to adjust the contents of some boxes and specify to whom they would be delivered. In the boxes for some of their guests, we included sparkling cider rather than Prosecco, and locally crafted root beer instead of Christmas Ale.
Don’t these boxes look lovely?
